It was a cold wet dreary day here today so Karen had a chance to cook up a pot of chicken and dumplings along with cooking a pot of collard greens I picked from the garden a few days ago. Also canned southern purplehull peas. Then she pulled a banana pudding out of the refrigerator she had also made.
