Subject: RE: Soybean Fertlization program

Donnellson, IA. Makes saying here easier.
We have always done fertilizer ahead of soybean. Now that we strip till we have gotten even more specific to the expected yield of them. I couldn't find any pics this morning of what some beans looked like this summer when I had a row plugged on my gladiator for about 3 rounds. I was always told corn loves fertilizer soybeans like fertility, but we see a response especially in late season K numbers in tissue samples. I run 20N and 15-20S(10 from dry 10 from starter....yes soybean starter) and have see great results. Especially on our late March and early April soybeans. We zone fertilizer for 40-100 bushel beans depending on soil and 6-7 years of soybean yield data.
