SE IA | there is a program....but with all the hoops..... I don't know if i would recommend it. They will require an archeological impact study which will cost you a couple thousand, basically to study if there are any Indian artifacts present at the proposed site.
Depending upon who does that study, it could set your project back another 2 or 3 months....and then what are you going to do if they do find artifacts present? Do you think they would allow you to build? They wont lend you money to build if they find these things present.
The interest rate is attractive, but it is more than just surface deep. | |
