EQUIP program is probably your best bet.
If you qualify for the beginning farmer program that would certainly lower in interest rates.
Your local NRCS office should be able to assist you.
However, it is my understanding that there is a freeze on new contracts until another Farm Bill is passed. Again your local office should be able to clarify.
