Farm Credit has a beginning farmer deal too if your under 40.  You could get your other half through them.  On another note, I wouldn't be on here looking for advice, I'd be getting my paperwork together.  It will take a long time to get the FSA money, you will have to get a bridge loan until that money comes available, you can get that at Farm Credit too.
