I've got some other marketing ideas in the works but I'm scared I won't be able to capitalize on them until I get some of this administrative stuff out of the way. Cart before the horse. Are you aware that you need a food handler/retailer license, at least in Wisconsin but I believe in most states, in order to handle and sell beef after it's been processed? No license necessary if your customers pick it up at the processor. I suggest you check with the Ohio Dept of Ag or whoever licenses restaurants in Ohio.
