Subject: but keeps the ones by it's feedlots.

I don't know Ray.. all I know is that I'm following a lot of out of state trucks pumping Dry DDGS into the feedlots.. as well as the local Wet DDGs coming from our local plants.

Given the Cotton Market's firmness.. I would expect these trends to continue...

Local Airport had 4 planes running full bore last week flying on boll opener.. as this cold front moves in.. the Growing season is going to end tomorrow.. or tonight.. The Picture below is on dryland.. the irrigated is NOT as far along.. as the plants don't want to die down.

It's gonna be REAL CLOSE.. as to whether these cotton fields make it.. or not.. We were about a week ahead of last year's pace but the recent weather has been absolutely brutal.. it's raining here now.. with a Cold NW Wind as the front blows in..

alot.. if not most of the bolls were NOT open as of last week... ???

Heck we may even be looking at prevented plantings on HRW Wheat.. probably about 15% or more of my farm is underwater right now with many roads still closed..

Not only can we NOT get into the fields.. we can BARELY get down the roads to the fields.. something like 10%.. 15%.. 20% of Reno County's rural roads are still CLOSED before today dumps more moisture on top. The field above.. some of that water will still be there on Jan 1st.
