The highs for 2018 were around the last week of May. There is still a seasonality in play. It was right around your 4.25 figure.
My starting point is 4.10 for some scale up selling. I checked with the coop this week and HTA fees for Dec 19 are only 2 cents. That bears watching as last couple of years it was 8 cents.
