Probably the main benefit to us owning a bagger since 2010 is maximizing the labor we have. One guy in the combine and a guy in the cart can smoke through a lot of corn in a day. I've put bags on by myself, it's not easy but can be done. I store more in bins than bags, but I've probably built my last bin.
