My wife would love to stay home and help on the farm.  She has very good insurance with her employer.  I've been insulin dependent for thirty years.  Other than that I'm in very good health.  I inquired with my insurance rep what it would cost to replace her insurance with a plan through his agency.  His agency provides insurance for my wife's employer, so he knows what we have now.   He said he can't get us as good of a policy that we have now, but it would be close.....  for $42,000 out of pocket per year.  


She's not coming home to farm.
