If your lines are really bad I would also clean them when no animals are present. Use a higher rate of cleaner or a different cleaner. Flush all lines of cleaner after sitting 24 hours with cleaner in them. We have run a small amount of hydrogen peroxide the entire time birds are present and kept the biofilm from growing at all.
