Subject: Controlling a pwm hyd.valve

Jewell County KS
I have a Braden capstan drive on a bucket truck I recently bought and I am trying to see if it works. For what I don't know. I talked to the company that built the truck and they said the valve I need to run has pwm solonoids. I have a connector with 4 pins for the missing control. Power, ground and 2 others that I assume run to the solonoids.

I have done some reading on pwm and understand the pulse width and duty cycle I believe.

If I understand right I should be able to apply power to the solonoids and it should run at full speed ?

Will this damage anything if I try this ?

This is a 2 solonoid directional valve so it should have forward and reverse.

Company wants almost $2000 for the proper control gizmo.
