Quite obviously your dealer is not doing their homework, there is a DTAC solution that details what to do when these codes are being displayed, the solution number is 113470, it details several things to do but the bottom line is to export the data that is on the display and then perform a Factory Reprogram to remove the nuisance fault codes. I have done several of these to get rid of the codes and so far it has been successful.
