Open up the equipment page and with the measurements blank, reach around back on the right side of the display where the buttons are to navigate, right in the middle is a smaller button may 1/4 inch diameter, give it a quick press, the LED on the front of the display will flash once, you just took a screen shot of the actual display page, do the same for the machine page, now export the data and take it to your computer and look for the JPEG files and print them out. Don't press the button too long or it does a hard reset of the display. 

I have been doing this for several years so when I set up a customers offsets I can write them down and leave the copy in the armrest.
