Have you ever investigated RAYNAUD"S disease? (syndrome) CHECK it out!
My bets are what you are describing fall into something like that.
Maybe not from the blood thinners but perhaps from haveing thin blood.I believeI remember seeing thin blood effects Raynaud's syndrome.
You are really young to those issues. But they can happen to anyone anytime.
