Tuscola, IL | Do you have a USB memory device installed?
I haven't ever seen it on an InCommand, but it's a pretty typical problem on a Pro 700 to have a bad memory card keep the display from booting up. If it is installed, remove the memory device with display powered down and try powering up without it.
If that doesn't work, remove the power connector from the back of the display completely and wait a minute or two. Then reconnect power and start back up. The display does have a constant power source wired into that connector so removing it should allow everything in the display to power down and then possibly restart. | |
