Remember that Raven flowmeters are calibrated in pounds of N not pounds of NH3. The number you enter into the rate should be the pounds of N that you want per acre.

So, for example, if you are putting on 150 lbs on your controller it is using about 180 lbs of NH3 out of the tank.

By the way I have found the cal numbers on a Raven flowmeter to be very accurate. If you are getting the incorrect number of acres or some other issue make sure all your cal numbers are correct. Width, Speed and flow.
