| You have the green pencil and notebook means you have a task running. Is the recording height for the header set right? Sounds like everything else is right so I would check that. Here is a couple videos I found on data import and export on the tyton terminal. I used SMS this fall to upload field names for a customer with an S9 Gleaner and it worked.
Note on the import video he used farmworks which exports a task for harvesting where SMS won't so just have make a new task and assign it to the grower farm field.
