Ok I just tried it connecting first to hotspot via Bluetooth then turning on WiFi and connecting to IAS network. When you do that, in settings >WiFi the phone will pop up as a hotspot and it just hangs. Even tried to “forget this network”(my phone). Not a big deal, thanks to everyone for the suggestions.
