The iPad needs to be connected to the “IASBlockage unsecured network” via WiFi to get the blockage data.
One of the hotspot options on the iPhone is via Bluetooth so it seems like it should work. Especially if I turn off WiFi on the phone. It sort of seems like the iPad still wants to find internet on WiFi which is not possible because it’s the IASBlockage
