Once you signed the paper works the truck is yours.
Lemon law comes into pay after being in the shop to much, which for you is down the road maybe.
They get the opportunity to repair it, which they have. If you have more trouble with it keep on them.
In truth it could very well be a fluk deal and could very well be a great truck.
