Subject: WM Drain Calibration Numbers

Central IL
Have a pull type Liebrecht tile plow with an FMX and Wm Drain. FMX Version is 10.01 and am using a Case IH 600 Quad and direct connect with a VM 415 to control height only. We did use this on a quad 480 with a 47 gpm pump but now have a 57 gpm pump on the 600. Using remote 1 and wondering if anybody has a setup similar and what flow percentages are used? 21% for pitch of boot seemed to work the best so far, but just trying to fine tune. Also our cal numbers we have right now are 180 valve raise gain, 160 valve lower, .2" for control deadband, and 2" stopped deadband. Problem is hard to describe but plow seems slow o react especially raise, but then can sometimes seem to overshoot and hop. Its like its too late to react, then tries to quick to make up for it and hops if that makes sense. Just wondering if anybody has this setup and what cal numbers you use as something we can try?

Thanks
Andy
