N.E. Iowa | I have been on an arthritis pill for years. One of the side effects is can raise your blood pressure (within normal range just on the high side of normal) So doc puts me on a pill for the bp. Side effect for the bl med is stuffy head and muscle cramps.
So now I'm taking a pill for the side effects for the first and taking a two pills for the side effects for the side effects pill. Also taking more pills for another side effect of the bp pill.
Seriously thinking of just quitting everything. The arthritis pills really don't work much anymore.
Has anybody else just said enough is enough.
Nat'ers will say go see your doctor. They charge over $160 for an office call. Now their big money maker is getting people to have blood tests which don't really show anything and the charges are $548 every time these are done. Oh yeah then there is the upfront co-pay just to get in the door.
New insurance coverage for the cost on the pills went up through the roof. Now they cost over three time what they did before. | |
