Started chopping corn today. After supper, noticed a burnt odor coming from what seemed like the driver side of the machine. It has the auto greaser on it and seems to be functioning properly. Checked all the bearings we could access and couldn’t find a hotspot. Left it for tonight, with the head off and parked away from the shop. Have not changed the drum bearings in the 5 seasons we have owned this machine. Do they fail often? The drive pulley was hot to touch, but we had been cutting for 5 or 6 hours. No real noticeable vibration or shake. Looking for ideas on where to start in the morning. Thanks
