Hope you go for it!

Problem I see is what everyone else has pointed out- listen to them. Need a different planter. As suggested a JD 7000 or a White 6 row and a small sprayer. Hire the combine the first year at least. The Oliver tractors will be fine

as someone suggested go with one crop. You're only 80 acres and doing this for a hobby. Equipment and spraying will be much simpler and faster going all corn one year and all beans the next, especially if you go no till route. You can plant the whole thing Saturday and spray all of it Sunday if you don't have to change stuff around.

Good luck and post back time to time on progress

Yeah, if this thing happens, it looks like we're going planter shopping. You all are starting to make a good case for 1 crop per year.
Next big milestone is to see if we all actually really want to do this. I'll update as stuff happens.
