Subject: RE adm has good logistics to feed Chicago...

Fontanelle, IA
Why wouldn't ADM sell EtOH into the Chicago market when they have the some of the best logistical locations (aka wet mill plant) to feed into it? ADM's big plants were Clinton Ia and Decatur, IL - ethanol might be a co-product or by-product depending on seasonality and values. Wet mill plants have lower cost of production costs vs dry mill plants..... ADm (or any wet corn miller) will run those plants flat out - they say "uncle" much later than a dry mill plant.
