And 15 years ago everyone was claiming 22" was the way to go.   And didn't everyone get away from their grandfathers 38" and 36" rows because 30's were better?    Sorry but 60 inch makes no sense, too much open area for weeds to grow


 You would think so, but what if there was a  thick mat of cover crop residue laying on the ground to supress the weeds and conserve moisture, i think the 60 inch rows would have possibilitys then.



I plant/sow into covers thicker than anything I've seen presented on this forum. The weeds still come. 


 Then you come across this.
