South Georgia | As the title says, I'm needing a new office printer. Mine is giving an error message that Google says basically means that my current Epson 4630 is toast.
My requirements are:
Color
Auto feed Scanner (with duplex scanning)
Wireless (preferable, not mandatory)
two sided printing
I'd also like the scanner to be able to auto feed check stubs to send to the accountant. My current one won't feed check stubs correctly. They're a pinch too narrow for it to deal with, but a pinch too tall if turned the other direction.
Anybody got any suggestions? I hate office printers, I swear that thing is as aggravating as anything on the farm. I'm not foolish enough to say that money is no object, but I'm aggravated enough that I'm willing to pay for something that will last and not be fiddly and finicky. Paid $189 for this one, in January of 2015. I thought then that I was buying a 'good one' that I would have for a while. Are my expectations too high? Is two and a half years about what I can expect?
