My last laptop was a Dell and I have nephew in Ohio that we e-mail each other frequently. His e-mails started bouncing and nothing I did or the ISP could figure it out. I bought a HP laptop last March and am now receiving his e-mails again. It had to be something within the Dell computer but that was the only e-mail that was being blocked.
