Manson IA | One of PA.net's 5 servers was blacklisted, I checked it is not anymore they got it delisted. However Safemail is on several black lists. I only checked the one domain the other day, pa.net....
SPAM filters check any number of blacklists (there are many) before they let email through, your email provider will determine which blacklists they use and how many. Or if they allow, block, or quarantine an email based on those results. Usually blacklisted gets blocked, and a lot of times no non delivery report is sent back to the sender on blocked email, because it confirms a good email address to spam senders.
