| What RockyMtn was telling you, and you missed the point - no pun intended - is that by the internet community "blacklisting PA.NET" your PA.NET system will NEVER get an e-mail through that particular server.
Email systems (eg PA.net) get blacklisted by the internet community for a variety of reasons - like having a spammer blasting out hundreds of e-mails. It is also very easy for PA.net to figure out that they got blacklisted - the admin "should have" gotten an e-mail advising of such blacklisting. The admin can remediate the issue and then advise the authorities of the corrective action, and bada-boom, your emails will magically begin appearing. | |
