Central, IA | I need to buy a new iPhone. I currently have a 7 that is a starting to develop some cell modem issues. Otherwise I really have no gripes with the phone. I'm hesitant to drop a pile of money on an "old phone" but not sure if I will like not having a home button. I keep my phone in my pocket, and don't use a passcode or finger print.
Will it be constantly turning on the screen opening apps if I don't have it locked and bump it in my pocket?
My options for new are an new 8 256gb for $750 and keep the home button,
Or
Buy an new XR for $800 (would have to wait until October)
Or
A X or XS for $1150.
