Thanks guys, I called the local grain bin guy and priced a new floor. He also reassured me that the concrete floor with partial aeration would not be a disaster.
We will see how it works but may still be interested in some of the exact dimention floor or floors nearby in SE Iowa.
A complete new floor with new unload was priced at $2500 so things got to work just right to beat that.
