| I grew up in the mid Atlantic. Mom was born and raised local, Dad came from further north.
We always had tea growing up, lots of sugar. When I got into my 20's and 30's I would drink almost a gallon a day myself, near 1/2 gallon just for lunch. The older I get and rounder, the less sugar I use. Now I have switched to no sugar, just a bit of artificial sweetener.
I learned early on not to drink it when working and really hot, it would make me sick. | |
