Stayed the same this week. I had been trying out the keto diet for about 6 weeks and decided its just not for me so am back on mainly fruits, veggies and lean protein. Also decided to start training for a half marathon on Oct 6th. Ran 5 miles yesterday and it felt great, got done right before the rain hit.
