Subject: New holland 326 pto slip clutch

Wanted to ask and to clear the air as to what my problem could be I’m thinking that my pto slip clutch on the baler that comes off the flywheel is and was stuck when that plunger plungers and hits the hay isn’t the slip clutch suppose to slip a little like take load off of the drive line of tractor
Because if it is stuck wouldn’t that cause issue with the tractor getting into a bind and surging
Note both of the tractor I describe had don’t that before 656 how ever hasn’t done it since I been using tractor I had greased the middle grease zert on the flywheel that goes apperabtly towards the slip clutch
If that clutch is sticking can that cause surging on the tractor slash drive train pto problems ?
