Subject: Mounting a cable on a 9650 combine

S.C. MN
Hi, looking for ideas on how and where to hook up a cable on a JD 9650 combine. Thinking it is easier to install now and never have to use it. I was thinking about hooking a clevis on the front side of each axle and then hook each end of the cable to the clevis. Which I believe will work fine and then have it tied off by the rear clevis above the rear axle. The cable is plenty long, but I was looking for some ideas on how to deal with the cable when not in use. I hate to cut 20'+ off of the cable, just so it will fit under the combine. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
