Started Labor Day out last night about 10:30 with 3 pig halves on the smoker. Working on breaking them down now for guests to arrive after 12:00. I’m already happy and fat, lol! Started morning out with fried bacon.... then off to sliced ham for a morning snack.... with be smoked ribs for lunch and pulled pork sandwich for dinner.
