Cedar Rapids, Iowa | You can use heavy-duty 3M double-sided tape to attach a piece of flat steel to nearly anything. We had a 7120 with the receiver mounted on the cab instead of the grain tank. I think we used a couple of the bolts that hold the roof on, plus some silicone caulk.
FYI, dealer told us on the x230 machines, the A/C system in the cab roof does not tolerate anyone standing on the roof. Supposedly things stop working if you ever walk on the roof. | |
