| Good Sunday Morning,
Hard to believe it is the second of September, the year has sure flown by. Corn shelling has started in the neighborhood, hearing yields 30-90 bushel. Naturally we’ve now got 10 days of rain forecast, hoping the beans and double crops beans will finish out well. I’m at 228.8 this morning, down 2.4 from two weeks ago, and the first time I’ve been under 230 in at least 15 years. With harvest coming I’m going to miss jogging with Amanda, going to have to make commitment to hit the treadmill early in the morning and get some exercise in. Amanda thought it was pretty funny this week when I was pulling open the hood on the Peterbilt, it doesn’t quite work like it did when I was 330 lbs, finding I’ve got to do some things a little differently. | |
