I concur that your steering valve is going bad! I had the same problem and could reset and clear codes, it would run 2 min. or 5 hrs.? Till it wouldn't! I tapped on the electric part of steering motor with a wooden hammer handle and made it work for a while, eventually frustrated and replaced it.
