Is this on a Windows machine, or tablet/smartphone?
Sometimes your antivirus settings can prevent Adobe stuff froum running, or the browser setting.
Often Reader integrates with your browser, so which browser are you using?
Need to know if you have an old system and trying new add one, or have a new system and you are trying too old of a software.......
