Southwestern Minnesota | It sounds like you do have the information. Now the harder part is actually making some changes. Making changes are hard, especially if you are comfortable with the status quo. Then it becomes a head-game and a time to contemplate the pros and cons of making the change and then actually taking action and doing it and sticking with it. Often it is our human nature to make a major change that in the long-run we don't stick to and then we revert back to our previous habits. If you can make smaller changes that are more sustainable, then you have a better chance of having them be actual lifestyle changes that you can live with. | |
