sorry to say surgery will be your only option unless
you can live with reduced mobility and use of your arm.
it is not an easy surgery or rehab. you'll be down 6-9
months or longer. results should be good if you follow
your dr. and therapist. don't wait and put it off. I
have never heard someone say they were glad they waited.
always why they didn't do it sooner.
