Elmira, Ontario | I'd look at Microsoft's One Note. Set up a notebook on the cloud and share it with them. It's a free form white board type of thing. You can have sections, pages, etc. If all you are looking for is a few words to describe the task, then a simple tasklist app might be better. But if you like the idea of dropping drawings, pictures and maps etc into a page to help them, then One Note might work. |
