C IL | I’ll admit to being a bit naive in terms of ferreting out malfeasance and misfeasance and how much transparency is due the public in the stock market.
That said, I thought that the investment industry generally acknowledged that privately held companies perform better, long term, than publicly traded companies since they don’t have to always respond to quarterly earnings needs and can therefore use a longer term investment horizon.
