Subject: Do Missouri droughts move north?

Mo
I think some of the time but but not always. If we could get the Missouri guys to chime in on what years they remember or heard not going back too far and then the rest of the guys in the Midwest could chime in and see if it correlates? I’m not try to kill the 2019 crop but just curious. I think the flash droughts and small localized one should be left off. Best of my recollection these are the western Missouri worst years:

1954 big time
1980 big time
1987 not sure how big
2002 not sure how big
2012 big time
2018 big time

Side note: 60’s were generally wet and cooler, 70’s average, 80’s generally hot and dry, 90’s generally wet and cooler, 00’s generally hot and dry. Besides 12 and 18 good weather.

Somebody will probably pull out some chart and prove me all wrong lol.
