The mudroom & laundry room under the over hang is pretty much new including new trusses, joists, and studs in part. The steep roof going on to a only slightly sloping roof, caused lots of water damage. So we add insulation as we work on part. The wife wants me to put our 20' ladder in the bucket of the 4010 and do that........... I have flashbacks to being a kid and helping the neighbors paint their barn, and the loader started to settle. The brother my age jumped up to start the tractor and it started to roll as soon as he put the clutch in. I was luckily only in the bucket, not on the ladder, but I was hanging on. I figure we will get the house done by the time I'm retired!

And she said that, while signing the life insurance check
