Farms With CASE - 8/18/2018 09:13

I highly doubt land will change hands any faster from now until the earth melts than it did in the 60-90's. 1860-1890's that is. I was just looking over our old abstracts and it sold almost yearly. Sometimes several times a year. Which is wild to think about.
How true. I have heard three things the last 40 years; We have to increase production to feed the world, who is going to farm all the ground when this generation retires and there is going to be a lot of land for sale the next ten years. Some things never change.
