Yes, it is an opinion (as is anyone else’s comments on here), as most statements are with an unknown unfolding before our eyes. But, with that said, it’s still fundamental economics at play. The key that will tell us the consequences, provided this carries on for a while, is if we see accelerated growth with international acres and/or a major shift in sourcing. For your “new” bs “young,” I specifically said young because they haven’t had a great deal of time to build equity in life. But young is a relative term, I wasn’t specifically targeting let’s say 20 year olds....

I don’t accept the “it is what it is” or “just deal with it” attitude, that’s not in my blood as a farmer, businessman, or American. Heck, look at all those pivots in NE, that was the farmer not taking the “it is what it is” attitude with Mother Nature and her rain. ;) None the less, if we take that type of attitude, the government, international, and urban populous will be pushing us around even more than they do now.
